Siena Heights University has a department of Information Technology located on the 3rd floor of Domincan Hall. Here you can find our friendly staff and student workers who would be happy to help you with IT-related requests and issues. Locked out of your account? Need help registering your device to the wireless? Have a problem with the technology in the classroom? We can help.
For advanced assistance regarding classroom technology, advanced canvas help, or other requests, please contact us between 8am-5pm.

Looking for assistance? Feel free to contact us at 517-264-7655 during business hours to reach a student worker for immediate assistance. You can also reach us by emailing helpdesk@sienaheights.edu or by visiting the 3rd floor of Domincan Hall. If we are unavailable or you’d simply prefer to report an IT problem, you can also submit a Spiceworks ticket detailing the situation.
